We had our wedding at Blossom & Hops, and it was AMAZING!!! The venue itself is stunning and truly speaks for itself.  We had the pleasure of working with David and Marie who are very friendly and easy to communicate with. They were very accommodating and allowed us a few personal touches that made our day even more special than we ever imagined. We had our wedding at Blossom & Hops in May and the day was amazing! We just had cocktail hour, dinner and dancing at the venue and everything went so smoothly. David and Marie were happy to help with anything we needed, from set up to take down to jumping in the after dinner to help clean up the buffet line. They were amazing to work with.

Loved the flexibility of bringing in our own cocktail hour snacks and their woodfire pizza for the late night snack was a HUGE hit. The space was perfect for out 170 guests to enjoy the night with us.

We recently had our wedding at Blossom & Hops, and everything went absolutely seamlessly. If we had the chance to do it all over again, we would choose this venue 1000% again—no question!

From the start, David and Marie were incredible to work with. Communication was top-notch, and they were always accommodating, kind, and professional. David was there the entire day and night of our wedding, always ready if we needed anything—and always with a smile on his face! That presence alone made a huge difference in how smooth the day felt.

We also hosted our rehearsal dinner at Blossom & Hops, and that went so well. It was such a nice way to kick off the weekend—being in the space with our close family and friends helped everyone feel comfortable and gave them a chance to take in the details we had worked so hard on. It made the whole experience more meaningful.

The bartending staff was fantastic! There was never a long line at the bar, and service was friendly and efficient all night. One thing we especially appreciated was how flexible David and Marie were with the bar tab. They really worked with us to tailor it to what we needed and what made the most sense for our event and budget. That kind of flexibility is rare and so appreciated.

We also loved that they don’t require a specific caterer, which gave us the freedom to get creative—our late-night McDonald’s snack bar was a huge hit with our guests!

We stayed across the street at the Mapes Hotel, which was super convenient—just a short walk back after the party. Having access to the venue Friday through Sunday was a game changer. Being able to set up the day before and clean up the day after took so much pressure off the actual wedding day. That flexibility alone made everything feel calmer and more enjoyable.

You can tell David and Marie have poured their hearts into this space, and we feel so lucky to have been able to celebrate our wedding there.

A couple small notes for future couples:

The space is large and beautiful, but with 285 guests, it did get quite loud during dinner, and many guests couldn’t hear the speeches well. We recommend working with your DJ ahead of time to explore sound support options like extra speakers.
10 guests per table felt a bit tight—if possible, go with 8 for more comfort.
If you’re serving over 200 guests, we definitely recommend having two serving lines—David and Marie were great about helping us make that happen smoothly.
Overall, we had a 10/10 experience. We would absolutely recommend Blossom & Hops for weddings and smaller events. It’s a stunning space, run by truly wonderful people who care deeply about making your day special.

Having our wedding at Knuth Brewing Company was a dream! It’s a new brewery in Ripon and a beautiful one at that! We booked the venue from the Friday before the wedding until the Sunday after. This meant we could have the rehearsal dinner there and clean up the day after (because who wants to clean up the night of your wedding?!). Dave and Marie were great to work with. My wife and I have had many great date nights at Knuth Brewing Co., both in the old building and the new. When we heard they were in the process of building a big venue while we were looking for a setting for our wedding the search was over. The first time we set foot in Blossom & Hops it was a complete construction zone, but to say we trusted the Knuth Family’s vision is an understatement. Now that the day has passed, we cannot imagine a more perfect venue for our wedding. We had the rehearsal dinner on site the night before with our delicious dinner provided by none other than Knuth Brewing Co. They were easy to work with as far as decorations, bar service and options, and logistics of the day. We were fortunate to have the inside space, as our wedding day did come with some rain, and their staff quickly handled the transition of ceremony seating to tables and chairs for dinner. For groups of up to 300, there is not a better venue for your event, David and Marie will make your day stressless and memorable.
